Let's all be informed!


I have an interest in promoting good health and for this particular blog I am going to be talking about health discoveries, women's opinions, and concerns about health related issues amongst women. I don't know about you all, but I'm always trying to find my way around the store looking for vitamins and other essentials that claim they are useful to our bodies. They say that what we do now merely shapes our bodies for the future. Does anyone agree? I'm not too sure how true that is, but even if it isn't true, I want to be prepared and ready to go! Does anyone really want to grow old?..No! May as well make the best of it eh! Being proactive has never been easier when it comes to health, especially with the resources we have today, and an example is when we use technology for research; constantly advancing. The most simple plan is eating your fruits and veggies!

I also am a health nut and love finding new, good tasting, foods and drinks. One of my favorite food brands is Kashi. They make great cereal and other products. I also really like Odwalla juice. What are your favorites...

I have a dictionary of natural herbs and foods that help promote and cure different inquiries regarding health. I try to keep pretty healthy. Exercise is a huge factor in staying healthy, you could do a post on exercise. Anyway, I look forward to reading your posts. If you want any info from my book, you can borrow it. it has cures for cramps and other female targeted stuff liek that.
